Daniela Ferraz Simoes is the visionary behind Pathway Housing Solutions, bringing a unique blend of professional expertise, leadership experience, and a deep commitment to community well-being. With over a decade of experience as a Senior Staffing Manager and Housing Services Consultant, Daniela has built a career around connecting people with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Her journey began in talent acquisition, where she led full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning initiatives across diverse sectors including Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals. Leading teams of recruiters and account managers, Daniela developed a reputation for strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable results.
In recent years, Daniela has channeled her skills and passion into housing and community support. She works closely with landlords, residents, and community partners to navigate complex rental processes, ensure fair housing compliance, and promote long-term housing stability. Her collaborative approach fosters trust and builds partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Daniela engages effectively with diverse communities, providing personalized guidance and advocacy for those in need.
